Amina Manji
Founder & Managing Principal
Growing up in Tanzania, Amina Manji learned early on that true enterprise is built on resourcefulness, foresight, trust and determination. Years later, after earning her degree in Economics from Rollins College and accumulating over two decades of commercial real estate experience locally and internationally she founded Axis Group International. Amina envisioned a firm that would act as a true axis—the central reference point around which global capital, strategic advisory, and complex development converge to create generational value. This vision guides her everyday at the helm of Axis Group International.
Frank Herring
Chairman
Recognized as one of Florida’s most successful real estate development and investment leaders. Frank brings decades of executive governance, unmatched industry contacts, and transformational leadership to the firm’s investment and development initiatives across Florida and the southeastern United States.
At Axis Group International, Frank champions the company’s core mandate: serving as the central axis—the focal point around which capital, high-impact developments, and institutional advisory converge. Guided by the firm's philosophy to "see what cannot be seen," he leads the executive team in identifying macroeconomic trends and unlocking hidden value across complex market cycles.

Gracia Toussaint serves as Chief Financial Officer at Axis Group International. Corporate finance is more than balance sheets and yield metrics—it is the structural foundation that protects vision, honors partnership, and allows legacy to endure across generations.
Bringing over two decades of institutional corporate finance experience—Gracia is grounded in a rich blend of Spanish and French heritage—Gracia oversees the firm’s international commercial real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and generational development projects.
Prior to her current tenure, Gracia built a reputation for orchestrating complex cross-border transactions that balance bold capital deployment with disciplined risk management. Her bi-cultural background infuses her leadership to bridge distinct institutional cultures and navigate intricate regulatory landscapes across European and American markets.
Under her financial stewardship, Axis Group International continues to fortify its capital strategy—transforming high-conviction real estate acquisitions into enduring, intergenerational assets that deliver both competitive yield and meaningful community impact.
Shannon Herring
Director Commercial Real Estate
Shannon brings over 20 years of specialized commercial real estate expertise across Florida to Axis. A lifetime resident of Winter Park, Shannon blends deep local market knowledge with strategic insight to deliver results for investors, landlords, and corporate tenants alike.
Throughout her career, Shannon has managed transactions across diverse property types—including office, retail, land, industrial, and multifamily assets.
Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her commitment to real estate excellence and leadership has earned her prestigious regional recognition, including the Orlando Business Journal’s "40 Under 40" award, CitiSpace Orlando’s "Top Producer of the Year," and the Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society’s "Rookie of the Year".
An active industry advocate, Shannon maintains leadership and active involvement across key professional organizations, including CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Channi Khanna
Business Development Manager
Channi Khanna is a growth-focused strategist and Business Development Manager at Axis Group International, specializing in identifying high-value opportunities, expanding market presence, and cultivating strategic capital partnerships.
At Axis Group International, Channi serves as a central axis around which capital, client goals, and complex market development converge.
Channi helps advance Axis Group International's mission of providing clear, resilient, and transformative real estate solutions and connections.
A native of India, Thani has lived many years in Bombay and New York City. She passes numerous high impact international connections that are put to good use for the benefit of our clients.
John Davis
Director of Estate Management
John leads residential acquisitions, luxury residential investments at Axis Group International. With a wealth of experience in residential markets and institutional deal structuring, he connects private high-net-worth investors, family offices, and lucrative residential opportunities. His expertise lies in identifying hidden value in underperforming assets, maximizing land-use potential, and creating residential communities that foster long-term capital growth and enhanced living experiences.

Parisa Bharwani
Junior Real Estate Analyst
Parisa is a Junior Real Estate Analyst, Axis Group International alum, and university student specializing in Intellectual Property and International (IPI) Law. She leverages commercial real estate analytics, cross-border strategy, and market research to support international investment projects.
Bilingual and cross-culturally adept, Parisa integrates legal strategy, property development, and international business to execute global deals, evaluate assets, and navigate complex, cross-border transactions.
Junior Real Estate Advisor
Shay Ali
Shay Ali supports real estate advisory and market research at Axis Group International while pursuing a Business degree at the University of Toronto.
Passionate about commercial real estate and venture capital, Shay combines analytical rigour with deep market research to evaluate property investments, with a focus on raising capital and driving strategic growth for global clients.

David Alexander
David serves as Creative Director at Axis Group International, directing the firm’s global visual identity, cross-border brand strategy, and multi-market marketing execution. David shapes how Axis communicates its development master plans, commercial portfolios, and institutional offerings to cross-border investors, sovereign funds, and global family offices.
