The relocation and development of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce & Welcome Center serves as a

flagship case study in civic asset relocation, urban land optimization, and Public-Private Partnerships (P3). By partnering with the City of Winter Park and the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), the project unlocked prime downtown acreage while modernizing local business infrastructure.
