NORDSTROM RACK AT WINTER PARK SQUARE

This case study details the retail positioning, landlord-tenant negotiation, technical design coordination, and project delivery executed for Nordstrom Rack at Winter Park Square in Winter Park, FL. Operating as development advisor and Architecture, Engineering & Construction Management (A/E/CM) partner, Chairman, Frank Herring of Axis Group International  oversaw site feasibility, structural repositioning, and turnkey tenant delivery. The project successfully established a 25,000 SF off-price department store co-anchor alongside Whole Foods Market, transforming the 76,000 SF retail center into Central Florida's premier suburban retail destination.
